Our online workshops act as an important refresher; an opportunity to consolidate information and ask questions regarding your Level 1 course content. Please note, content is consolidated only - no new material is presented.

During the live workshop, a Physio BikeFit practical will be demonstrated, and the body assessment and rehabilitation components addressed. For those who wish to qualify and complete the course in a shorter timeframe there are recordings of previous workshops available.

At the end of your course, you will have an enhanced ability to assess the cycling body, rehabilitate and load manage. You will learn how to fit the bike to the cyclist's body to rule out bike fit as a problem source and have a working knowledge of current cycling science.
